8th grade Field Trip to Six Flags will be on Tuesday, May 26, 2026
The donation cost for the trip is $135.00 which covers bus transportation, lunch (provided at the park), and admission to the park. If you have a Six Flags Season Pass, your donation cost will be $100.00 and your student must bring the pass with them to school with their permission slip on March 27, 2026.
This donation is non-refundable due to the prepayment requirements for use of park facilities and buses. If there are any financial issues, please contact your student’s counselor or school administrator. Donations can be made through Future Fund or through a check to Harvest Park Middle School. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. No payment or forms will be accepted after the March 27th deadline.
If we do not receive enough donations to pay for the trip, we will have to cancel.
Please be sure your student returns the following forms on or before Friday, March 27th:
- Field Trip Authorization Form - complete with parent/guardian signature
- Emergency Medical Information Form - complete with parent/guardian signature
- Authorization and Liability Waiver Forms with initials and signatures.
- A credit card/check/money order (cash will not be accepted) for your donation in the amount of $135.00. Please make check/money order payable to Harvest Park Middle School and write your child’s full name and ID # in the lower left hand corner of the check. - Completed forms & donations should be returned to the front office by Friday, MARCH 27th.
*Note: Students will be given a packet with these forms. Please see attachment if another copy is needed.
STUDENTS WHO DO NOT RETURN THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK BEFORE THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND. DUE TO THE PREPAYMENT REQUIREMENTS BY THE BUS COMPANY AND SIX FLAGS, NO PAYMENTS OR FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE MARCH 27TH DEADLINE.
Our hope is that every 8th Grade student will participate in all of the events that we have scheduled to celebrate our promoting class of 2026. Congratulations on all of your accomplishments. We are extremely proud of our 8th grade class. Way to go 8th graders!!
